The Temp-Gard is a high-temperature data logger designed for oven temperature profiling and curing oven monitoring in industrial paint and coating lines. As a painted product moves through the drying oven in a continuous process, the temperature data logger travels alongside it, recording real-time temperature data throughout the cure cycle. Once the run is complete, the temperature profile is downloaded to Temp-Chart software, a temperature profiling and data analysis tool that provides a comprehensive evaluation of oven conditions — including temperature uniformity, heat-up rate, and time-at-temperature. The software then verifies whether the paint has reached full cure, giving manufacturers reliable cure verification and process validation data for quality control.
