The temp-gard tracks real-time temperature variation inside drying and curing ovens by travelling through the oven alongside the coated product, recording a full thermal profile across up to 24 measurement points simultaneously. The recorded data is downloaded to the temp-chart software, which generates a comprehensive cure profile with Pass/Fail evaluation to confirm that the coating has reached full cure, without interrupting the production line.

Developed specifically for the textile industry, where precise surface temperature control during heat-setting, drying, and finishing directly determines product quality. Each paper-based strip carries 10 calibrated points that trigger within seconds of threshold exceedance. Measures wet film thickness (WFT) on the coater roll and predicts dry film thickness (DFT) on the strip before painting commences — eliminating out-of-specification product from the first metre of every coil. Uses a patented intrinsically safe confocal sensor with fully automated wipers; no calibration required. Checks film builds as low as 1 µm. Works in tandem with PVS1™ volume solids data for accurate DFT prediction. Film thickness range: 1.5 µm and up.ed for up to 20 years service life.

Up to 1,000 measurements across a 1,000 mm sample in under 5 seconds — no calibration for any coating, color, or substrate type. Laser ablation with high-precision displacement sensor: 49,000 measurements/sec at 0.03 µm resolution. Instantly reveals coater faults: unbalanced coater, out-of-shape rolls, localised ridges. Measures 3.5–220 µm to ±0.2 µm. Optional Color Scan adds full-width color profiling.

The reaPoint is a compact, single-point indicator built from a self-adhesive plastic carrier protected by a high-quality PET film, with the calibrated measuring point sealed between the two layers. High-density, high-performance adhesive gives excellent water and oil repellency and reliable adhesion even under strong external loads — ideal for spot-checking individual components rather than a full surface scan. Available as pre-cut booklets, on rolls for automated application, or in an ultra-small mini format.
